This house felt much too divided between spaces, so during the remodel I added a pass through window between the kitchen and living room. Work for this included a structural header as well as trim at the opening and a granite sill which matches the kitchen counters. I think this fairly simple addition added a lot to the space.

Country Club Fence Repair
A microburst blew through the country club and tipped the fence right over along with a bunch of large trees on the golf course. Let’s make sure that doesn’t happen again!
Deck Renovation
This deck had some wood decking that was in really tough shape and the railing were not to code (they were too short and the lattice is not strong enough). Decking was removed and replaced and railings were extended above 36″ and balusters were added.
Reclaimed Wood Night Stand
Night stand tables built from reclaimed pine and pallet wood. Hand carved top finished with epoxy and an epoxy letter inlay.
